NEW VIEWS ON MENTAL HEALTH
It’s a new day for mental health! New discoveries are being made every day that change the way the world views and treats mental health. The mental health renaissance is underway, and this day dives into these new, empowering, non-stigmatized views of mental health and well-being.

CORE PRACTICES FOR MENTAL WELL-BEING
Many believe that mental health and well-being comes naturally, but for most people, cultivating mental wellness and resilience requires engaging in a set of core practices. This day focuses on some of those practices, including exercise, nutrition, mindfulness and other mind-body practice, that together form an ecosystem of mental health. You can build your own ecosystem throughout the Summit.

WHEN THINGS GET ROUGH
We ALL hit rough times, and when we do it can be hard to remember how to focus on our mental well-being. Day 3 of the Summit blends personal stories with key practices for finding balance in difficult times.

CUTTING EDGE MODALITIES IN MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
As we enter the mental health renaissance, we are seeing more and more new innovations in treating mental disorders and improving mental health. Day 4 of the Summit explores just a few of these novel, whole-person approaches to mental health and well-being—and how they are both gaining evidence and being applied in people’s lives.

MIND <=> BODY <=> ENERGY
Mental health: It’s not what you think. Or, it’s not only what you think. Mental health and well-being depend on what is going on in our thoughts, emotions, and behavior, as well as on our brain and our hormones, what we eat and our gut health, and even the flow of energy and vitality throughout our bodies. Day 5 focuses on how our mind-body-energy system interacts to promote mental wellness.

THE ANTIDOTES: JOY, WONDER AND CREATIVITY
Reducing mental health symptoms or negative psychological patterns is important, but equally important is focusing on ADDING experiences and practices that lead to joy, wonder, awe, gratitude, forgiveness and creativity. Day 6 of the Summit delves deeply into treating these qualities as skills that can be practiced.

THE BIG PICTURE: MENTAL HEALTH, CONSCIOUSNESS AND INTERCONNECTION
Mental and emotional well-being goes far beyond our patterns of thinking. Psychological wellness cannot be separated from spirit, soul, consciousness and being. And, individual well-being is completely intertwined with societal and planetary thriving. The Summit concludes on Day 7 with some big picture views on mental health and well-being, from individual to collective and beyond.
